William  Ford is the President of Mustard Seed.   He has been counseling sex offenders for over a decade.   He has an earned Masters of  Social Work and is a Licensed Social Worker.  Mr. Fords vision was instrumental in the formation of Mustard Seed Survivor Empowerment Foundation

Allen Washington - BS, MSW

Mustard Seed COO and Co-Founder   Biography

Allen Washington is a co-founder with Bill Ford of Mustard Seed.  He has worked as our Chief Operations Officer since the inception of the company.  Allen has earned a Masters Degree in Social Work.  He also works as a skilled group facilitator.  

Scott Johnson - JD

Mustard Seed Survivor Empowerment Foundation Executive Director  Biography

Scott Johnson is the Executive Director of MSSEF.  He gave up a successful career as a lawyer to join our team in 2008.  He has brought to life a counseling service for survivors of sexual abuse.   

Tameka Bell

Office Manager

Tameka has been with Mustard Seed for nearly 10 years.  She is the point of contact for all clients and Probation Officers.  She manages all client records and provides help for clients and supervision.

Mustard Seed Licensed Forensic Social Work employs 10  Masters Level social workers to facilitate groups and provide individual counseling.  In addition, Mustard Seed employees an administrative staff and IT and programming personnel.  Each year we also work with local universities to provide internships with students seeking masters level degrees in social work.
